Vice President for Research at Universidad del Pacífico. Full Professor in the Department of Economics at Universidad del Pacífico and member of the Research Center of this university. She holds a Doctoral degree in Economics from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú, a Master of Arts in Economics from Georgetown University and a Licentiate (professional license) in Economics from Universidad del Pacífico. In previous years, she was Dean and Associate Dean of the School of Economics and Finance, and Chair of the Department of Economics at Universidad del Pacífico. She is an international consultant in public management, social policies and participatory budgeting with a gender perspective. In the field of social policies, she has developed several investigations associated to the quantitative analysis of aspects related to the coverage and quality of educational and health services. She has actively participated in the methodological development that supports the National Public Investment System in Peru, as well as in issues related to budgeting for results, with a gender approach and targeting systems for social interventions.
