Full Professor of the Department of Marketing and International Business, he is also Associate Dean of the International Business program at Universidad del Pacífico and Researcher at the Research Center of the same University. He has a Doctorate in Economics and Business Management from Universidad de Deusto (Spain) and is an economist from Universidad San Martín de Porres. He has specialized studies in International Trade from ALACCI, the International Trade Center of UNCTAD and GATT, and was a fellow of the Training Program of the Fonds León Bekaert of Belgium. He is a speaker and visiting Professor at various universities in Latin America, a member of the Scientific Association of Business Economics and Management (ACEDE), a representative of Universidad del Pacífico before The Academy of International Business (AIB) and a member of the European International Business Academy (EIBA). He has been a member of the International Treaties Commission of the Lima Chamber of Commerce. He has developed various specialized projects in agro-export and various market studies for Peruvian and foreign companies. He has been manager of engineering companies, agro-exporters and the mechanical metal sector. He has served as general manager of ALPHA, academic director of the Association of Exporters of Peru and of the Latin American Association for International Trade Training. He has participated in various trade fairs and missions to different countries in Europe, the United States and Latin America. He is a consultant for institutions such as the World Bank, Inter-American Development Bank, UNCTAD International Trade Center, Geneva World Trade Organization, World Resources Institute of New York, Save the Children, AnDean Development Corporation. In Peru, he is a consultant for the Ministry of Agriculture, PROMPERU, MINCETUR, Ministry of Foreign Relations of Peru, ALAC of Cajamarca, of the INCAGRO - B project.
