Dean of the School of Business, Full Professor in the Academic Department of Management at the Universidad del Pacífico, and Researcher and Consultant in the Research Center (CIUP). She holds a PhD in Strategic Management with a specialization in Business Management and Sustainability from the Consortium of Universities of Peru, a Diploma de Estudios Avanzados ifrom the Universidad de Deusto (Spain), and a Magister and Licentiate in Management from the Universidad del Pacífico.
Her research interests include the profile of entrepreneurs, entrepreneurship ecosystems, and angel investment in Peru. She is an Angel Investor on The Board and a Mentor for startups and new business initiatives in LATAM.
