Specialized in Finance and International Business. He is a fellow of the World Bank and a graduate of the CITICORP Banking School. Agro-exporter businessman since 1990. Business consultant. Former Administration and Finance Manager of Grupo Montana, Eternit and Plásticos El Pacífico.
