Full Professor and Chair of the Department of Marketing and International Business. He is a Ph.D. in Management from the University of Montreal, School of Higher Commercial Studies (Canada), MBA from the University of Pittsburgh (United States) and has a Licentiate (professional license) in Business Administration from Universidad del Pacífico Mayorga is a member of the Research Center of this house of studies, a member of the Academy of International Business (United States), of the Humanisms and Management group (Canada) and the Canadian Peruvian Association (APECAN). He is co-editor of the Journal of Management for Global Sustainability of the International Association of Jesuit Business Schools (IAJBS). He has developed various research on strategic marketing issues, as well as various consultancies in market studies and marketing plans for various organizations. He has been Vice President for Academic Affairs, Dean of the School of Business and Associate Dean of Marketing of Universidad del Pacífico. He is a Professor of Marketing and Strategy courses. He has been a member of the Board of the IAJBS, Project Faculty of the Wharton Global Consulting Practicum (WGCP), Professor of the Research Workshop at the Graduate School of Universidad del Pacífico, member of the Editorial Board of the Punto de Equilibrio Magazine and director of the Journal of Business of Universidad del Pacífico.
