Professional profile

Full Professor Chair of the Departament of Marketing and International Business and Researcher at the Universidad del Pacífico Research Center. She has a Doctorate in Economics and Business Management from Universidad de Deusto (Spain), a Master’s degree in Business Administration, a Licentiate (professional license) in Business Administration and another one in Accounting, both from Universidad del Pacífico. She is the author of several books and articles in her specialty. She has extensive teaching experience in her areas of specialization which are: Marketing, Marketing Strategies, Brand Management, Relationship Marketing and CRM, Customer Loyalty, International Marketing, New Product Development, Market Research, Product Strategies, among others. She has been Associate director of the Graduate School, as well as Director of International Relations and Academic Director of the Master’s degree in Marketing and Commercial Management at the Graduate School of Universidad del Pacífico. Likewise, she has been Dean of the School of Business, Associate Dean of the School of Business Administration and Accounting, Chair of the Department of Business Administration, Director of the Language Center, among other positions at Universidad del Pacífico.
