General Director (e) of the Graduate School, which groups the Pacífico Business School and the School of Public Management of Universidad del Pacífico. In addition, he is Fulll Professor in the Department of Economics and a member of the Universidad del Pacífico Research Center (CIUP). He has been Dean of the School of Economics and Finance, Associate Dean of Economics and Researcher of the Department of Economics. He has a Master of Arts in Economics from Georgetown University (Ilades) and a Licentiate (professional license) in Economics from Universidad del Pacífico. He has carried out specialized studies in infrastructure issues at the World Bank Institute, in Washington DC (United States). His main fields of interest include economic regulation and analysis of transport infrastructure and public services, public finances and macroeconomic issues. He has published various publications in this regard in specialized magazines and books, both local and international, and has served as a consultant for various public and private institutions within and outside the country. He is a member of the Special Committee for Investment in Transport and Telecommunications Projects of Proinversión - Pro Transportes y Comunicaciones. He was regulation manager of OSITRAN, a member of the INDECOPI Patrimonial Restructuring Commission, a member of the Board of Directors of the Military Police Pension Fund, president of the board of directors of Sedapal and director of various companies.
