She is Ph.D. in Business Administration and Management from Escuela de Negocios ESADE de la Universidad Ramón Llull in Barcelona (Spain), Master in Organizational Behavior from the Business School of Tel –Aviv University (Israel). Currently her research topics focus on aspects of local and international organizational behavior at the individual and organizational level such as leadership styles, global leadership, cultural and emotional intelligence, work stress, work engagement and performance, climate and culture and values between others. She is the author and co-author of several indexed academic articles, as executive and in book chapters. She has been a lecturer at several international conferences as well as a visiting Professor at universities abroad. She has won several international awards including Literati Awards 2020 (Award for Excellence) from Emerald Publishing Limited and Special Mention in the Literati Network 2012 Excellence Awards (outstanding winner for 2012) www.emeraldinsight.com/literati She has served for more than 15 years in managerial positions in the areas of people management, behavior and organizational development in national and international companies in the service and high technology sectors. In her activities as a consultant, she has worked with national and international companies, accompanied processes of people management and organizational change, development of global talent and management of intercultural integration.
