Professional profile

Dr. Díaz is a Professor in the Academic Department of Management at the Universidad del Pacífico. He holds a Doctorate in Strategic Management with a specialization in Business Management and Sustainability from the Consortium of Universities (Peru), an Executive Master of Business Administration from the Escuela de Organización Industrial in Spain, and a Magister in Telecommunications Engineering and a Bachelor's Degree in Electronic Engineering from the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú.
He has extensive professional experience in strategic consulting, digital transformation, and project management, focusing primarily on the design of sustainable organizations that are agile and resilient, optimize the use of their resources, use appropriate business systems, increase their levels of productivity, and achieve sustainable competitive advantages. He has been involved in the development of numerous international projects for different industries.
In the academic sphere, Carlos has researched issues of strategy, decision-making, turbulent environments, complex adaptive systems, and organizational behavior. He has been a participant in the National Invention Competition organized by USAID and INDECOPI (Peru's copyright agency), a recipient of the Research and Development Fund for Competitiveness (FIDECOM), and a creditor of research funds (PAIP and Academic Office of Social Responsibility).
He has also been a speaker at the International Congress of Management Sciences (COINGES) and is currently preparing research articles for publication.
