Professional profile

Dr. Larios is a Professor in the Academic Department of Management and a Member of the Research Center at the Universidad del Pacífico. She holds a Doctorate in Strategic Management with a specialization in Business Management and Sustainability from the Universidad del Pacífico (Peru), a Magister Degree in Industrial Engineering from the Universidad Ricardo Palma (Peru), and a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering from the Universidad de Lima (Peru), with an International Specialization in Innovation Management from ESAN (Peru) and Ramon Llull (Spain).

Besides serving as a professor at the undergraduate and postgraduate levels at several universities, she is a conference speaker, researcher, consultant, and author of international scientific and technical studies published in Peru and internationally.
She is President of the Technical Standardization Committee (TSC) for Research, Technological Development, and Innovation and of the TSC for MSME Management, as well as a Member of the TSC for Textiles and Clothing and of the TSC for Quality Assurance of Peru's National Institute for Quality (INACAL). She is also a Representative of Peru on the Innovation Management System Working Group of the International Standardization Organization Technical Committee for Innovation Management (ISO/TC 279/WG 1); the ISO/TC for Clothing Sizing Systems-Size Designation, Size Measurement Methods and Digital Fittings (ISO/TC 133); and the ISO Strategic Advisory Group on Environmental, Social, Governance Ecosystem (ISO/TMBG/SAG_ESG).
Dr Larios has held various executive positions in manufacturing companies. She is a Director of The Academy of Latin American Business and Sustainability Studies (ALBUS), and a Professional Member of the International Alpaca Association, the Latin American Association of Technological Management and Innovation, the Sustainable Fashion Association, and the Sustainable Fashion Cluster.
