Abstract
In the following paper, Professor Mario Reggiardo, relying on doctrine and jurisprudence, analyzes the rules governing the action for annulment of an arbitration award. The author evaluates dogmatic approaches as to whether the action for annulment is an impugnation means or an impugnation process.
