The war has reached the borders of the European Union (EU), revealing not only the geopolitical transformations that have taken place internationally in recent years, but also the different perceptions of the conflict on Ukrainian soil at a global level. This situation also extends to the positions of the three largest world economies: The United States, China, and the EU.",
