Beatriz Rodríguez-Satizábal, PhD in Business and Management (Queen Mary University of London), is an Assistant Professor and researcher of Economic and Business History and Digital Humanities at Universidad del Pacífico (Perú). Her research focuses on the evolution of the business system during the twentieth century in Latin America, with a special emphasis on entrepreneurial families, family businesses, women entrepreneurs, and advertisement in Colombia and Perú. She is Co-Editor-In-Chief of the Journal of Evolutionary Studies in Business - JESB (Q3) and Editor-In-Chief Apuntes, revista de ciencias sociales (Q3). She is also Co-Founder of Business Pills Podcast and former President of the Asociación Colombiana de Historia Económica y Empresarial (2022-2024).
