Informal competition is a necessary antecedent in our result, which acts differently in each of them. Small and new firms facing the informal sector, explained in the first configuration, do not have access to the credit system. And large and old firms facing the informal sector, described in the second and third configurations, have access to the credit system.
Our second theoretical contribution is that the computerized logistics antecedent performs differently for small and young firms than large and old firms, in combination with other antecedents. Small and young firms facing the informal sector, and other antecedents, do not use computerized logistics to realize higher environmental expenditures.
