Resumen
This study addresses one of the main problems in emerging countries related to guarantee
accessibility to fresh produce to vulnerable populations. The objective is to understand the most
important factors that motivate the commercialization of fresh fruits and vegetables in lowincome areas, often known as food deserts, through nanostore-based supply chains.
