Resumen
Festivals are an important leisure activity in the lifeof human beings. As a matter of fact, the organizers of festivalsare interested in offering quality activities that allow them toposition themselves in the entertainment market. To achieve thisaim, the organizers use surveys to obtain a global opinion of theparticipants focusing on three key points: motivation, perception, and valuation. This method is tedious to perform and is time-consuming. In this effort, we present a complete process thatenables to automatically obtaining an overall appreciation ofa festival from tweets shared by participants. The aim of thiscontribution is to replace the surveys by the textual analysis ofmessages posted on social networks. The precision obtained inour experiments highlight the relevance of our proposal.
