Abstract
In this paper, the professor Ana Cristina Neyra Zegarra analyzes the singular votes’ nature and the foundations of the votes contained in the judgements of the Constitutional Court (CC) regarding to a recent precedent. In particular, she examines the purpose of those votes inclusion and the limits applicable to its content.
