Through a literature review, this exploratory study seeks to determine whether the practices related with workers, reporting as part of its responsible action by Peruvian companies issuing sustainability reports, can be considered practices of Sustainable Human Resources Management. To do this, the Sustainable Work Systems approach has been used. It was found that some of the social responsible practices with workers reported by the companies address all the dimensions of the human sustainability. However not all aspects are addressed equally and with similar depth.
