Abstract
Este estudio presenta las principales fortalezas y áreas de oportunidades del Perú en materia de transformación digital a raíz de la pandemia del COVID-19. Ello con el objetivo de que los tomadores de decisiones en el Poder Ejecutivo y el Poder Legislativo para el periodo 2021-2026 puedan identificar las falencias y oportunidades de mejora en esta materia.
