Abstract
Employment and social protection continues efforts at the Department of Economics at the PUCP to contribute to the knowledge of employment in Peru and also to the debate on public policies aimed at creating dignified jobs. The contributions of faculty and experts to this book are based on their experience, studies and opinions, to expand the understanding of the nature and magnitude of the employment challenge in the Peruvian economy, against the backdrop of global change.
