Abstract
Through this work, the author seeks to guide the reader in the matter of the fiduciary duties inherent to the position of director according to Law N ° 26887-Ley General de Sociedades. Taking into account the objective of the article, the author makes an analysis of the reasons that support the imposition of certain duties for directors in a corporation, the scope of such duties and how they should be interpreted.
