Abstract
The purpose of this article is to further explain the difference between the right of possession and the right to possess. Additionally, the author analyzes the inconsequential acts or of mere tolerance for the right of possession is made, in contrast to brief acts of greater importance. Finally, the author concludes that the legal possessor defense will depend on the possessory behavior.
