Abstract
The expiration of the sanctioning procedure for anticompetitive conduct is studied, within the framework of the general regimen of the common procedural law. The main objective of the article is to verify whether this specialized file follows the common criteria of the figure of expiration and that have been applied by administrative courts in other sectors.
