Abstract
The objective of this research work is to stabilize a hybrid transmission network of audiovisual services (television, data and voice), that is to say; maintain and balancethe electronic levels composed of optical, coaxial, amplifiers located in nodes, powered by a main control center or HeadEnd. For the design is used as a basis, the logic of graphs, to determine the route of preventive and corrective maintenance more optimal and effective to ensure the stability of the levels from the header to the final client. Once the most stable route has been determined, mathematical methods and models are made for review and analysis to propose the implementation of efficient routes in a telecommunications company, to maintain, increase and retain customers.
