One of the bases of innovation is the existence of territorialities whose efficient management involves both development of innovation as market orientation. In the paper it reflects from a territorial perspective on approaches to open innovation and dynamic capabilities, generating functional forms to understand some systemic issues. From them the relationship between innovation and territories is established. It is concluded that the solution proposed algorithm is solved by a creativity-oriented culture and the interaction of risk-takers agents.
