Abstract
This paper reflects about the abortion regulation models in the world, the debate about legal frameworks modification in Peru, the international standards on the use of constitutional processfor access to the abortion services in certain conditions allowed by the national laws, and itoutlines ideas about the possibilities of expanding the allowed causals by the constitutional process.
