Abstract

In this paper, the author discusses the concept of remedies in the Common Law legal system, as well as the relationship between remedies and substantive rights. In that sense, it demonstrates the importance that the remedies will take in the future, and it warns the relevance that it will take for the national operator, who will have to be prepared.
