Professor and researcher at Universidad del Pacífico. She directs the chair of Sustainable Initiatives and Social Inclusion. She has a Licentiate (professional license) in Political Science from the University of Buenos Aires (Argentina), a Master of Arts in Economics and a Doctorate in Business Administration (Economics) from the University of Memphis (United States). She has developed various investigations on issues of social entrepreneurship, social responsibility, among others for more than 15 years. She obtained the Excellence Awards from 2007 to 2014 in the Global MBA at IE Business School. She has worked as a consultant for different international and national organizations, including the International Labor Organization and UNDP in Switzerland, the European Union, the University Institute for Development and Cooperation of Universidad Complutense de Madrid, the Observatorio de Responsabilidad Social Corporativa de Madrid, the Centro de Estudios Económicos Tomillo in Spain and the Brodolini Foundation, Italy. She has collaborated in projects of the Spanish Agency for Cooperation and Development, the Ministry of Labor of Peru and with numerous private companies. She is also an Associate Professor abroad at IE Business School, Madrid.
