Professor and researcher in the Department of Information Engineering at the Universidad del Pacífico, where she teaches courses in Data Engineering and Data Mining. She studied Systems Engineering at the National University of San Agustín in Peru and holds a Ph.D. in Science and a Master’s degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering, both from the University of São Paulo in Brazil. Her professional experience includes roles as a researcher in the Artificial Intelligence group at the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru and as a professor in the Computer Engineering department at the same university. She has also taught courses in diploma programs in Artificial Intelligence and Data Analytics, as well as at the Center for Advanced Manufacturing Technologies (CETAM). Her research focuses on artificial intelligence, machine learning, evolutionary optimization, and data mining, with applications in fields such as bioinformatics, applied finance, and environmental sciences.
