Dr. Fuchs is a Full Professor, Head of the Academic Department of Management, and Member of the Research Center at the Universidad del Pacífico. She holds a Doctorate in Management Sciences and a Magister in Research in Management Sciences from Universidad ESAN (Peru), an International MBA from the Instituto de Empresa (Spain), and a Licentiate (professional license) in Management from the Universidad del Pacífico.

She is also a Leader Coach certified by the Coaching Project Canada and the Universidad del Pacífico and has participated in the Harvard Business School Colloquium on Participant-Centered Learning.
Her research experience has centered on people management, especially issues such as work–life balance, work integration, measurement of human potential, talent retention strategies, gender diversity in the workplace, and generation Y. She has presented her research at events such as Academy of Management, BALAS, IAJBS, IHRM, and CLADEA and has numerous publications to her name. She teaches undergraduate and postgraduate courses on issues related to strategy and people management, as well as leading change management, teamwork, and strategic planning workshops. She participated in "10,000 Women, "a joint project with Thunderbird School of Global Management and Goldman Sachs for the training of women entrepreneurs.

Dr. Fuchs has served as Vice Dean of Administration in the Faculty of Business Sciences at the Universidad del Pacífico, among other positions at the institution. As a consultant, she has led various personnel selection processes, and she was a member of the Organizing Committee of the 2015 CADE por la Educación forum.
