Professor at the Graduate School of Universidad del PacíficoHe is Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Oxford (UK), M.Sc. in Development Economics from the University of Oxford (United Kingdom) and holds a Licentiate (professional license) in Economics from Universidad del Pacífico. He has participated in research projects for various organizations, such as the IDB, World Bank, ILO, Overseas Development Institute, among others. He has obtained funding to develop his research from the US Department of Labor, JPAL-MIT, Lincoln Institute of Land Policy, International Development Research Center, Banco Central de Reserva del Perú, United Nations Population Fund, Queen Elizabeth House of the University of Oxford, among others. Previously, he has been Herbert and Ilse Frankel Memorial Scholar at Oriel College, University of Oxford, Research Assistant of the Oxford Poverty and Human Development Initiative (OPHI) and Graduate Teaching Associate of the Department of Economics at the University of Oxford. Molina has been general director of User Management of the Ministry of Development and Social Inclusion (MIDIS), in charge of the targeting system of Peruvian social policy, and advisor to the Vice Ministry of Policies and Social Evaluation of MIDIS. He has also previously served as senior manager of economics at the Instituto Libertad y Democracia (ILD), where he was in charge of the economics area.
