Professional profile
Full-time Professor in the Department of Economics and Researcher at Universidad del Pacífico Research Center. She holds a Ph.D. in Economics from Tilburg University, and a M.Sc. in Economics and another in Economics and Financing of Aging, both from Tilburg University; and a Bachelor of Social Sciences with a major in Economics from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú. She has carried out specialized studies in demography and actuarial techniques and has experience advising the governments of Peru, the Netherlands, and Latin American and Caribbean countries. She has composed several scientific publications in prestigious international magazines. She has worked as a consultant for the Inter-American Development Bank (IADB), ECLAC and a Researcher for the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs of the Netherlands. She has also worked as an Economist at BBVA, the Peruvian Ministry of Economy and Finance, and the Superintendency of Banking, Insurance and AFPs.
