Professor of the Department of Engineering of Universidad del Pacífico. She has a Master’s degree in Administration with a mention in Information Technology from ESAN University and a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad de Lima. Her research experience focuses on the adoption of information technologies in emerging markets and on the innovation of business models with information technologies. She is a University Professor with more than 12 years of experience in university management and teaching at the postgraduate level in the area of Operations and Information Technology. She was Director of Academic Quality at the Graduate School of Universidad del Pacífico, being responsible for the international accreditation of the School's master's programs by AMBA and AACSB. She worked as a professor and an Executive of the Institutional Relations Department of ESAN University. She also held the positions of Customer Fulfillment Professional at IBM, Operations Manager at Ingram Micro Peru and Product Manager at Cibertec Data.
