Professor of the Department of Economics at Universidad del Pacífico. He is a Ph.D. in Economics and a Master's in Economics Research from the London School of Economics and Political Science (England), and a BA in Economics from Universidad del Pacífico. He has teaching experience at the Graduate School of Universidad del Pacífico in the Master in Economics and served as Deputy Manager of Monetary Policy Design and Head of the Department of Macroeconomic Models at the Central Reserve Bank of Peru. He was also a Consultant and Professional Associate at the World Bank.
