Ms. Prialé is an Associate Professor of the Academic Department of Management and a Researcher in the Research Center (CIUP) at the Universidad del Pacífico. She holds a Magister in Development and International Aid from the Complutense Institute of International Studies at the Universidad Complutense de Madrid (Spain) as well as a Licentiate (professional license) in Business Administration from the Universidad del Pacífico.

She has also participated in the GRI G4 certified course on the preparation of sustainability reports as well as the Global Colloquium on Participant-Centered Learning and the Case Writing Workshop at the Harvard Business School (United States).

Her research and teaching work centers on issues of social responsibility, corporate sustainability, inclusive business, and social entrepreneurship. She bas been published internationally, and was a recipient of the European Union Alban Program scholarship in 2003 and 2004 and Spain's Ortega y Gasset Foundation in 2005.
Professor Prialé also has more than five years of international experience in overseeing social projects related to diversity management in companies. In Spain, she led programs and projects funded by European, national, regional, and local sources. In Peru, she has fronted consulting projects for private and public organizations such as the National Watershed Management and Soil Conservation Program, Save the Children, and UNACEM.
