Associate Professor in the Department of Business Administration of Universidad del Pacífico and a Researcher at the Research Center (CIUP) of the same university. In the undergraduate area she has designed, coordinated and taught courses for students at different levels of the Business Administration program; her central teaching area has been corporate social responsibility and social entrepreneurship. In the Graduate School she regularly teaches subjects related to responsible business performance and sustainability. She has done research on social enterprises and social entrepreneurship, corporate and university social responsibility, teaching of social responsibility, and sustainable management of human resources, which has been published in national and international indexed magazines, having also won funds for the development of research projects in those areas. She frequently participates as a speaker in both academic and outreach conferences. Her teaching work has been recognized with awards for the best evaluated professor and educational innovation. Additionally, she has managerial experience of more than five years leading social projects in Spain where she directed programs and projects related to the management of diversity in companies. In Peru, she has developed consulting projects for private and public organizations such as Coca Cola, UNDP, VECO Andino, Asociación UNACEM, PRONAMACHCS or Save the Children. In 2020, she joined the Board of Directors of the FINCA Association, which offers microcredits especially to women. She has been a grantee of the Alban Program of the European Union and of the Ortega y Gasset Foundation of Spain. During her relationship with Universidad del Pacífico, she has carried out different service activities and institutional representation both externally and at the university management level. She has a Master’s degree in Development and International Aid from the Instituto Complutense de Estudios Internacionales (ICEI) of Universidad Complutense de Madrid and a Licentiate (professional license) in Business Administration from Universidad del Pacífico; she has also carried out doctoral studies at the Research Institute Ortega y Gasset of Universidad Complutense de Madrid.
