He has a Doctorate in Business Administration and Marketing, a Diploma in Advanced Studies and a Licentiate (professional license) in Economic and Business Sciences from Universidad de Sevilla (Spain). He has carried out his teaching and/or research work at the International University of Andalucía, Universidad de Sevilla, Universidad Pablo de Olavide (Spain), Universidad de La Habana (Cuba), University of Vaasa (Finland), University of Wales (United Kingdom) and Humboldt University of Berlin (Germany). He is editor of the International Journal of Knowledge Management and Technology (Gecontec) and Co-editor of the Journal of Business. He has been an evaluator for the National Agency for Evaluation and Foresight (ANEP), dependent on the Ministry of Innovation and Science of Spain; Professor of the Master in People Management and Administration (UNIA), accredited by the Andalusian Institute of Public Administration; and member of the academic committee of a UNESCO Chair. He has served as international coordinator at Universidad Pablo de Olavide (Spain), in charge of coordinating the Erasmus program with the University of Vaasa (Finland), Roma Tre (Italy), Paris Dauphine (France), Linköping (Sweden) and Federico II (Italy); coordinator of several undergraduate subjects; degree coordinator and member of the organizing committee of several international scientific events such as the Eastern Academy of Management (2013).
