Assistant Professor in the Department of Marketing and International Business at Universidad del Pacífico in charge of the courses on International Affairs and International Trade Management. He has a Master of Science in Politics and International Relations from Aberystwyth University (Wales - UK) and a Licentiate (professional license) in Economics from Universidad del Pacífico. He has participated as a business plan manager and entrepreneur business network coordinator. He has served as coordinator of institutional projects related to politics and foreign trade. He has public management experience in this area, supporting various secretariats within the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Peru. He also has teaching experience in the school environment as a professor of economics and business, as well as a part-time Professor in different universities in courses related to politics and international economics. He is currently a full-time Professor of the International Business Program and prepares research related to the field of theories of international relations and business. Ladines has developed part of his professional life in various institutions such as Deloitte & Touche, consultant in INCAGRO Development projects - Ministry of Agriculture; Non-Governmental Organizations - TechnoServe, and in various universities in Lima as part of the faculty.
