Professional profile

Full Professor in the Department of Business Administration of the School of Business at Universidad del Pacífico. He has a Doctorate in Economic and Business Sciences, and an MBA from Universidad de Deusto, Bilbao - Spain. He has a Licentiate (professional license) in Business Administration from Universidad del Pacífico. He has carried out specialization studies in innovation issues in teaching at Harvard Business School, INCAE, Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez and at the Instituto de Empresas. He has experience in innovation management and competitive strategy issues. He has developed various investigations on business innovation issues and regional innovation systems in Peru. Currently he investigates, together with a team of national and international researchers, on issues of innovation, digital strategy and their impact on the performance of organizations. He has been a member of the Board of Directors of the National Institute for Competition and the Protection of Intellectual Property - INDECOPI. Likewise, he has been Dean of the Graduate School of Universidad del Pacífico, Associate Dean of the School of Business, Chair of the Department of Business Administration and President of Propyme, among responsibilities in his professional career.
