Full Professor in the Department of Economics at Universidad del Pacífico. He is a statistical engineer and has a Master’s degree in Applied Statistics from Universidad Nacional Agraria La Molina. He has second specialty studies in Systems from the Universidad de Lima. He has experience in the management of corn germplasm information, genetic models and forest models. He has been the international coordinator of Informatics for the Latin American Maize Project. He also has experience in planning, conducting and processing local and regional surveys. He has participated as an exhibitor in the extension programs of the Superintendency of Banking, Insurance and AFP. He has been a member of the National Executive Committee of the First National University Census, member of the National Consultative Committee of INEI, statistical consultant of the International Potato Center, Researcher of the Center for Statistics and Data Processing of Universidad Nacional Agraria La Molina, and president of the Jury of Admission of Universidad Nacional Agraria La Molina.
