Associate Dean of the School of Law of Universidad del Pacífico and Full-time professor in the Department Law. Ph.D. from the University of Edinburgh (scholarship holder in that institution), Master of Laws (LL.M.) from the University of Amsterdam (NUFFIC scholarship holder) and Lawyer and Bachelor of Laws from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú. Finally, in addition to teaching, he works as a member and vice-president of the Dispute Resolution Tribunal of OSITRÁN and as member of the Dumping, Subsidies and non-tariff barriers to trade Commission of INDECOPI.
