He has a Master of Business Administration from the University of Pittsburgh (United States) and a Licentiate (professional license) in Accounting from Universidad del Pacífico. He has conducted various studies in the field of financial statement auditing at PricewaterhouseCoopers. He has a diploma in International Financial Reporting Standards from The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (United Kingdom), and in Corporate Governance on the Board of Directors from Northwestern University-Kellogg School of Management (United States). He has a wide professional career; he has been a partner of PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) in Peru for 20 years. He has held various positions at PwC, including Territory Senior Partner (TSP) for Peru and Bolivia, Head of Assurance for Peru, partner in charge of Risk Management, member of the Regional Executive Committee and representative to the Regional Board (Theater Oversight Board) where he was President of the Admissions Committee. His management as TSP has focused on aligning the business with the PwC organization, improving human capital and greater insertion within the community and the local environment. He is a member of the board of directors of various institutions such as PwC Latin American Network, Agro KR, Asociación Invirtiendo en el Perú - inPeru. He has served as President of the Peruvian Institute of Independent Auditors - IPAI, Treasurer of the American Chamber of Commerce and Vice President of Confederación Nacional de Instituciones Empresarias Privadas (CONFIEP). He has also participated in various forums at the national and international level as a main speaker, moderator and panelist.
