Full Professor in the School of Business Sciences of Universidad del Pacífico. He has a Doctorate and a Master’s degree in Information and Knowledge Society from the Open University of Catalonia (Spain), a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Universidad del Pacífico and a title in Civil Engineering from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú. He is a specialist in Process Management and Quantitative Models for Business. He has undergraduate teaching experience in subjects such as Process Management, Models for Decision Making, Quantitative Techniques for Decision Making in Human Resources, Quantitative Methods in Agribusiness, among others; In Postgraduate studies, he has participated as a professor in the Master's programs in Business Administration, Human Resources, Agribusiness and Global Business. He is a Researcher at Universidad del Pacífico Research Center on these issues, having presented and lectured at International Congresses. Among other research works, he has prepared research articles on “Adoption of Technologies”. He has developed consultancies for various public and private institutions.
