Former President of Universidad del Pacífico, Full Professor of the Department of Business Administration and member of the Research Center of Universidad del Pacífico. Doctor in Economic and Business Sciences from Universidad de Deusto (Spain), she has a Master’s degree in Administration (Executive MBA) from the Instituto de Empresa (Spain) and a Licentiate (professional license) in Administration from Universidad del Pacífico, in Peru. Her areas of specialty are related to the strategic management of organizations, sustainability and corporate social responsibility, leadership and management of the human team. She is a lecturer, Researcher, consultant and author of various publications on organization, human management, corporate social responsibility, gender and inclusive business. She is currently a member of the board of directors of Scotiabank Peru and the Spanish Chamber of Commerce in Peru, as well as a member of the advisory council of Llorente y Cuenca Peru and Ayuda en Acción Perú. She has held various management positions at Universidad del Pacífico, among which, in addition to President, Dean of the Graduate School, General Director of Management, Director of the Center for Management Development, Director of Academic Quality of the Graduate School and Chair of the Department of Business Administration.
