Full Professor, researcher and former Chair of the Department of Accounting of Universidad del Pacífico. He has a Doctorate in Economics and Business Management from Universidad de Deusto, San Sebastián (Spain), a Master’s degree (e) in Criminal Law from Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos, a Licenciatura (professional license) in Accounting from Universidad del Pacífico and is specialist in Taxation from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú. In addition, he is a lawyer from Universidad Inca Garcilaso de la Vega. He has participated in various national and international congresses and conferences, as an attendee and speaker. He has been a visiting Professor at Peruvian universities, as well as at the Instituto Tecnologico de Monterrey (Mexico) where he participated as a speaker in various talks and conferences on taxation and administrative accounting. He has served as Associate Dean of Accounting at Universidad del Pacífico, Secretary General a.i., Registrar a.i., member of the School Council and a member of the University Assembly. He has carried out a series of consultancies for the public sector, such as the Tax Administration Superintendency, and the private sector, such as electricity distribution companies, and others, in the areas of financial accounting, budgets, costs and taxation.
