Professional profile
Professor in the Department of Marketing and International Business and researcher at Universidad del Pacífico Research Center. She has a Licentiate (professional license) in Business Administration from Universidad del Pacífico and an MBA with a specialization in Marketing and Strategy from the Rotman School of Management, University of Toronto (Canada). She is a consultant specialized in marketing, innovation and strategy issues, and is currently pursuing doctoral studies at ESAN University. She has served as a professor at the undergraduate and graduate level in charge of courses in Consumer Behavior, International Marketing, International Business, and Innovation Management; among others. She also currently does research on emerging markets. She has more than ten years of experience in the areas of marketing and strategy and more than six years looking at innovation consulting topics. She has served as a consultant for Designworks, an innovation and design thinking consulting boutique; and for Accenture Canada viewing marketing consulting projects for clients in the retail, finance and healthcare industries. She has been a marketing manager for McMillan Canada, managing the Toronto office for over 3 years and commercial manager for APOYO Innovacion Organizacional in Peru. She has worked as a consultant for various national and transnational companies in strategic marketing and innovation projects.
